Refund Policy

Cirkul accepts no-reason returns and exchanges requested within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility

Items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging when available. Customized products, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned.

Free Return Arrangements

Cirkul pays approved return shipping for no-reason returns and exchanges and for damaged, defective, or other quality-related returns. Contact hchi50652@gmail.com first so we can provide a prepaid return label or an equivalent free-return arrangement.

Refunds and Exchanges

After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers normally post the credit within 5-10 business days. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Cancellations

An order may be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, this Refund Policy applies.
